I obtained payday loans from websites, like 500fastcash and osl/ssm marketing. One just deposited funds into my acct. Can i work with them to pay it back in payments and what could happen if I don’t pay them back. I was told they are illegal loans with no license. Thanks.
Ha Ha – somebodies looking for you start limping, as they’ve pulling your leg. There is no such thing as an “illegal loan companies” – maybe loan sharks that charge 10% per cent a week. And by the time the police started their investigation – you’d be racking up hospital bills. Payday loan companies are licensed and can use any lawful means to get you to repay any loans, including garnishing your wages, getting a judgment to raid your bank account, and most important – ruining your credit.
You messed up by even getting a payday loan in the first place. They prey on people like you.
A payday loan is unsecured debt, so they will call you ten times a day until you pay or file bankruptcy.
