I made the mistake of getting a payday loan from Payday Today, and now they want me to call them, I have and they never return calls, e-mails or faxes. I can’t even get a mailing address for them. Does anyone out there know? I tried contact their “affiliated company” MTE Financial, and they say they know nothing about Payday Today. I think they are in Miami, Florida, but I can’t be sure. Any help would be appreciated.

i have a payday loan that is 10 years old and a guy got in contact with me today asking me to pay on it. i am now disabled and have no job, so i can’t afford to pay a monthly payment to pay this back. so does any happen to know the statue of limitations?

I’ve gotten myself into a bit of trouble by borrowing first from one payday loan center, then another, and now i’m up to 5 different places. I am putting myself further and further in debt because i feel like i am working to pay the fees. I want to consolidate but concerned if it is a good idea. Please help!!

I see these payday loan websites pop up on my computer and find them in my inbox. I was wondering if these are all scamming websites, or are these legitimate loan offers you can use if you have issues with your job pay? I would like to know details about these type of websites.

I’ve seen links to them, but every time I click on them say 30 loans per day. I need money for Christmas and can not afford it until after my income tax back. So I was hoping to get a loan without problems for the immediate adoption of 60 days.

I keep getting e-mails from numerous companies about pay day loan offers, and since the holidays have cost me more than I expected I am interested in such offers. But I only want to pay over a course of at least six months.
