Hi, I hope someone can help me with some advice or suggestions. In really stuck, and I do not know what to do, I know I should not ask, the stranger will be ashamed too much to talk to people I know about it. In the huge in debt. I currently rent a place, I have about 30,000 in the form of loans and CC debt. I lease a new 2006 truck for 846.00 per month which I pay for another 3 years, I know stupid move it .. and I’m in a job I hate, where I sit and do nothing all day .. I’m in a hole and cannot get out. The Bank has lend me to keep more money with bills .. So my last option is bankruptcy, I have more advantages than disadvantages to this, first off I can start fresh, get another job, find the happy, I must be on pills even deal with my job at the moment. If I wanted to explain now, I could work a few months and even save money, so I get another vechile can. just do not know if I really know I should your credit rating is below anything and everything has been shot away, but all I have is a $ $ trucks using bitteIch got a consolidated loan for 10,000 which goes to 30,000. The bank used to me more .. I have spent a problem and it is now biting me hard in the ass, in only 25 .. but I’ve learned my lesson thats forsure, I am afraid of filing thats all .. People talk like it’s a death sentence, but I like the feel of a now. (Dealers used my car back if I come up min with 10,000 cash, unless I change it from a different newer trucks that have no meaning would Best Answer:

I had to file again in 94 so it was tough at the time and the only thing I could do, and it does your credit for a while, but I have now violated a credit score of 744 is above average, so it all worked for me

I’m stuck in a horrible cycle of paying one loan off and then going back the next day to get the money to pay the next one. I am going to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. It takes about 3-4 months to complete. What should I do with the loans that I owe now? Please help!! Thank you

Payday loans right before Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing?

I got two payday loans right before filing chapter 7 bankruptcy to help with the court chapter 7 filing fee. I filed Pro Se. The loans both totaled $500 dollars . Do I have to repay (or reaffirm )them since they were less than the $750. 00? . Also taking the loans less than the 70 days of filing the bankruptcy . I did not know this before I filed . Only after doing research did I discover this.
