I recently took out a payday loan and in order to do so they required I write a post dated check. I can’t afford to pay the amount right now. If I simply close out the account to avoid overdraft and NSF check fees from my bank, is that considered fraudulent and can I be criminally charged?
Im looking for a payday loan with the lowest interest rate. I know its a bad thing to do, I don’t need to hear that. . . . can’t borrow the money from anyone else and need to pay bills.

Hi, I am using a consolidation company to help pay back my payday loans. One of the lenders is not happy and has been calling my employer. My payroll department decided to do a wage assingment because the lender threatened to court order my employer. I have written a cease and desist letter as well as a revocation letter. I am interested in finding out if a Payday Loan company can cash a cheque after it has been returned by the bank as NSF. They cheque was for $500. 00 and it was cashed at $100. 00 increments 5 times a day, resulting in 5 NSF fees per day!
I took out a payday loan and I do need to repay it. However, I don’t think this company is using legal debt collection practices. I have asked them for the documents regarding the loan, license number, company name, physical address, etc. . . . I get nothing in response but rude and snotty emails. I have now asked them to stop emailing me at work. What should I do next? I am not arguing paying the loan, but I want to see the documents so I know what the fees were.
Two weeks till payday, skint, bank won’t give me overdraft, don’t have a credit card.
