Me and my friend were talking the other day and he told me how his college, he went was outrageously expensive. He filled me in, as he does not plan to pay his loan back to school because he believes that the government is free education for all utilities. Yesterday he told me how he and a cell phone as the signing of a 3-year contract itself was a stupid move, because one day he decided he did not need a phone. He has never paid the phone company from wilting. I am a little worried and naive on this issue, but wonder what could happen to him? I know he can never credit, getting a car or house will be impossible. he seems to be totally good. But they could not pay you to prison for loans and what is not returned when you “collect” have nothing else Best Answer:

usually the loan, you have to get them a blank check. they are electronically to debit from your checking account and when it jumps, it can and will go after you.

I live in Texas and several payday loans online that I can continue making interest payments. Are these companies allow me to make the payment? Each loan is $ 400. 00 and I have 5 of them. The loan interest is $ 240. 00 per month for a total of $ 1,200. 00 per month. I can not make such payments more, but could pay $ 100. 00 per month for each loan. Do you think that would accept this type of payment. How I can do to stop ACH to my account? They will try to garnish my wages? Will be able to contact my references that I had to give them? HELP! Many questions!

I have gotten in over my head. Started out with one loan for an emergency. . Could’nt pay it so took another loan to pay it, then another to pay it. Now I am trapped in 4 loans. Paying $76 each every two weeks to extend it (them) for another two weeks. Over $300 each payday. What will happen to me if I close my bank account? Will I go to jail? I am so scared, but am about 30 minutes away from being homeless because of this mess. This last payday, I went without any food for two weeks, living off of what my co-workers didnt eat from thier lunch. This is pitiful. . I could not even buy myself something off of the dollar menu. . . . . Can anyone tell me if I will go to jail. I am 50 years old and have never ever been in any trouble. . . I am in such a deserate state over all this mess.

I took out a payday loan for the price of 3 months. Now we have 283. $ 00. They called me to inform him that he could no longer make the payments and asked me to pay the amount in full by 5 on the same day. If you have not said they would file suit against me. I need to know if they really can do this and if it's a civil matter or not. I'm not worried about my credit, but I'm worried about the criminal charges. They told me I would see if they hired me and they would talk to my human resources department. So I told them I was unemployed. Please someone help me with an answer.
