question of Elizabeth : Is it okay to ask during a job interview, if you hear from them ?
Here is the situation, I went to a job fair for Best Buy and did their preliminary. They asked me to come back in a few hours talking to the GM and see if I was offered a job. When I got home, I got a call from another job I had applied for 2 clock (yes, 2 clock, literally 14 hours earlier), namely the a job as a production assistant on a film for which I for went to school. I applied at Best Buy, because I work in a clothes shop now, but get very few hours, I wanted something where I could get more hours. When I came back, went to the GM for Best Buy to take, he offered me the job, and asked me to come the next day to fill out paperwork and sign a contract. I told him about the conversation, and he told me to call him after the interview, as I know, no matter whether it was good or not, and let him know if I wollte.Nun the job, my question is, while my interview tomorrow, it’s okay to ask if I would again learn from them about the job? Should I mention I have another job offer, and must give them an answer? I really want the film job, because that’s what I was 3 years in school. I would like to work in TV or film and I’m trying to build my resume and experience as much as I can. But I have a job in TV / film for 3 years searched without luck, things have happened only recently. I already have an unpaid internship that I do currently, and this paid job movie would be a dream sein.Allerdings if I do not end up getting this job, I do not want to risk the job at Best Buy, because I have the money ( I need to pay off a loan). The job I have right now, I hardly get any hours and paid minimum wage, so I do not want to risk, Best Buy job if I did not get the movie Job.Gibt there a way I can figure out whether I was engaged or not for the film job, without side as intrusive Best Answer:
