How do I make sure to deal with my son’s father the best way possible?

We split a while ago. He took ufc fight and then got really resentful of me. He did what he could not have felt as a young mother and I had it forced on him. What I really do not because when I was pregnant and decided the baby, I gave him the opportunity to walk to keep away. Our son is 19 months old. It’s a little late to change his opinion. Well, he blamed me not be able to have enough money to save to buy a new fast car for him. I brought bank statements that he had more than $ 900 in one month to prove himself spent. The next day he asked me to stay with him, but he could not promise anything would change, and I knew I had to let go of him, I could not bear all the blame more. Basically, I plan to say if he can get more mature, he will again. Our son is not even close to leave him when he was not coming back. He gets upset when he wants to pick him up. It is all the money in the world have body piercings, tattoos, clothes, going out, and whatever else loves and to be turned off at the bar and apparently also with the One Night Stand. He hardly sees his son, tried to use it to play a sick game with me (and I admit), he does not pay for his son. I am the one left alone, cast aside as nothing, and yet I have to pick up only the pieces and move forward, because I love my son and he needs someone to be there for him. I plan on going to court for custody because he is in no state to be able to make all good decisions for our son. I have everything written in a journal, among other evidence. But I’m still so nervous that somehow the judge lenient with him and I am very erschrocken.Bitte help me some advice, encouragement … nothing really. doing right! keep all evedence and even if he show up w you me, I would put a photo of them both if he, why do state, “I do not ask, and if something happened, our son from her, I have a picture for the police “. ask your local police if you do, just to be safe. plus, if he starts next w all different girls, and you have the pictures, it will show him to be unstable anyway. and even if he does not bring / her, try not to let it bother you, defenatly not show it. you just take your picture of her and be Happy Go Lucky. plus if you go to get support, see order and Visitation (2 separate things) if she has something in writing stating he said, w wife for x number of months before your son may be around women, especially if the visitaion are out of it already scarce as it is. That’s my opinion. In my visitation orders for my 3 boys, there father has the state adopted children in my fathers home state or w monitors see people through daddy was offensive, and now it is almost 4 years since he last saw her, plus I also in this mother and father bring are not in the same locale take place in visitation, it is for me a lot of emotional fear of him and I think it’s better for my guys not to see, to fight us, because I know that is my ex trying continuelly to provoke. but if you believe your ex will not hurt ya’ll son and that he loves his son, try to speak with a mediator to set up the visitation or drop-off in a well mannered way.
