In March of this year, my fiance took a loan of 5G and lent it to a friend of his from work. The guy was intended to take the loan in full and payments. He should take care of everything. Well, of course, he moved with the 5G. Now he is signing didn’t know what to say, he had the money, and my fiance didn’t give him a check. The only proof we have that the 5th went in and change from my fiance, then the other guy has 5th rich later in the day. Now the guy is used to return our calls or pay us back. What can we do?
