You should probably have thought of this before now (the 22/7/09, was due yesterday). If you've already been to court on this matter and ordered to pay the full amount of yesterday, you will probably have more problems.
What you do is stay calm, you have to call the place the money and try to explain. You can save for reasoning and give another chance, but must be prepared to except that it would be so kind. They have every right to take further action. I phone now, do it and put your mind at ease.
    Good luck: o)

So I always encourage people to get payday loans. The ethics and morality of these companies are low. It lends money to people and charge high interest rates, the charges are nonsense questionable and if you get into a jam financially, when he started down.
Take this as a lesson in listening to people like me, when we say that this type of loan is bad for you.
As the top person, maybe call a credit counselor and get your debts consolidated. Look in your telephone directory for Credit Counseling. I should also add that if you want to receive debt consolidation can affect your credit.

The failure to pay day loan back on time can lead to heavy financial penalties, which means that some people in a cycle of mounting debt that is difficult to break. What usually happens is that if you take a loan from the day and discover they can not pay by the due date, you must notify the lender in advance and arrange new repayment terms. This is known as refinancing the loan or grant and will lead to a new payment plan that will include additional expenses.

Have you ever heard of the mafia? The possession of all online casinos in the world. First send a child long after threatening and then as you continue to pay the elderly, will be around and tell myself that these guys are not kidding. That will start the braking bones and cut until you pay. Or you could give money and not have to worry about the crowd came after the small amount of money they have borrowed. Good luck in your search.

I would suggest to look in the phone book of a credit counselor. The good ones are free or nearly free. There are also so-called credit counseling companies who have their money and make things worse, so be careful.
Also pay every penny that is possible, though not the full amount. When further action is taken, at least you can demonstrate good faith.

First, usually the right to take money from your bank account, so the only way to protect, which is close the account and opening a new one.
Secondly, the charges keep piling up.
Third, harass home and work to get money, and do so for months or years.
Fourth, if there is an order established by the courts, depending on what state you live in certain states you can attach your wages, other states is a civil court against you, and may try to get their assets. If you have debts on their behalf, but have cars, houses with your wife and your name, you may be unable to do so. Again, depends on the state where you live
